3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send automated spam or malicious scripts to our WhatsApp webhook.
  • Attempt to disrupt our server infrastructure or reverse-engineer our proprietary categorization logic.
  • Use the service for fraudulent or unlawful financial activities.

4. Service Availability

We strive for continuous service availability. However, third-party network outages (e.g. Meta WhatsApp API downtime or AI service latency) may occasionally impact response times. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XpenseDiary and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
